Publish the accumulated devel changes as v0.6.7 through the automatic patch release workflow.
Feature PRs #26 and #27 passed CI. This PR must also pass Checks (Node 22) and Checks (Node 24) before merging with a merge commit. Publication will bump the version and tag on release, upload the package and checksum, update the README download link, synchronize devel and open the release-to-main promotion PR.
