I have synchronized the documentation with the current state of the AgentSync codebase. This includes updating agent, skill, and technology counts in the README and technical reference, as well as refining the Agent Compatibility Matrix to include VS Code and accurate file locations for several assistants. I also standardized the documentation of CLI flags across all subcommands to match their implementation in src/main.rs.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 496983832583212034 started by @yacosta738

- Update agent count to 32 and skill catalog to 150+ skills across 70+ technologies
- Add VS Code to Agent Compatibility Matrix and refine agent metadata
- Add 'agentsync skill suggest' to README usage examples
- Standardize CLI project root flags in reference documentation
- Move status subcommand for better flow and clarify global flags

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request.

When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down.

I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job!
