Commit all current fixes and publish a patch release. Preserve selected prompt positions in transcript and outline when changing filters, including prompt-only back to all. Includes frontend cache update. Verification: Ruff, JavaScript syntax, diff checks, 343 Python tests, and isolated scroll-anchor checks passed. Terminal renderer unchanged; full terminal scroll suite not rerun for this transcript-only patch.
