test: align REAL_ENVIRONMENT workspace checkpoint with current UI

Outcome

Make the target-Mac REAL_ENVIRONMENT recording journey validate the current post-stop meeting workspace instead of waiting for the removed Transcribe / Trascrivi CTA.

Observed representative-Mac failure

On exact dev@3471ace3b17285cb83d4fbc3a247537ed11efd21, both target_mac_recording_ui and seed_target_mac_recording_ui reached and passed:

• runtime stop;
• recording persistence;
• native backend persistence;
• non-empty microphone + system tracks.

Both then failed only at meeting_workspace_after_stop. The nested reports contained check failed: meeting_workspace_after_stop, not a closedroom_window_missing / AX infrastructure error.

Repository inspection shows the current MeetingDetailPage exposes Prepare notes / Prepara note as the primary action and Transcript only / Solo trascrizione as the secondary action when no transcript exists. The harness was still waiting for the retired Transcribe / Trascrivi copy.

Scope

• update the functional target-Mac smoke to recognize the current meeting-workspace actions;
• update the FULL_MEDIA 03-meeting-persisted checkpoint to use the same action set;
• add a regression test binding both harness owners to the literal current product UI labels.

Four axes

• PRODUCT: PRODUCT_NONE — no user-facing behavior change; test/evidence contract only.
• DELIVERY: INTEGRATION into dev.
• VALIDATION: repository selector authoritative.
• EXECUTION: REMOTE_AUTOMATED for deterministic gates; REAL_ENVIRONMENT remains required to establish the physical journey after integration.

Invariants

• no runtime, recording, persistence, native-audio, model, frontend or window-lifecycle behavior changes;
• no cloud fallback or external meeting-data transfer;
• target-Mac evidence remains fail-closed;
• media capture scope and privacy boundary remain unchanged;
• Apple distribution authority remains independently blocked/unavailable.
