Outcome

Adopt repo-template-sw 0.9.2 and separate deterministic Studio/API integration from Apple Silicon release acceptance.

Integration -> dev

• affected deterministic Studio/API E2E remains required;
• UI journeys keep screenshot/FULL_MEDIA evidence according to risk;
• built/installed-wheel evidence stays automatic where material;
• representative/target Apple Silicon evidence is explicit but non-blocking and deferred to release;
• real runtime smoke remains available for diagnosis but is not the normal integration gate.

Release -> main

• FULL validation plus release-critical package/E2E/security/L1-L2 evidence;
• required real model/backend/memory/accelerator/thermal claims must close on representative/target Apple Silicon before release readiness.

Migration

• baseline 0.9.1 -> 0.9.2;
• commands 0.6.0 -> 0.6.1;
• E2E contract 0.2.0 -> 0.2.1;
• stage-environment verifier added to repository health;
• rich L2/product-UI adoption metadata preserved;
• agent guidance aligned with the new stage semantics;
• specialist L1/L2 repository fitness remains owned by the FULL gate.
