Goal
Move the pure product-domain behavior from the current OMBRA implementation into RedactGuard while preserving deterministic behavior and tests.
Scope
- built-in/custom PII definitions and validation
- normalized source/segment identities
- chunk planning and public-limit budgeting
- strict JSON parsing
- finding validation and exact source-surface mapping
- duplicate/overlap/conflict rules
- review decision state
- deterministic placeholder/replacement ordering
- process-local sensitive task lifecycle
Constraints
No Harness runtime/model implementation dependency. Migrate tests with the owning code and classify every behavioral difference explicitly.
Parallelism
Starts immediately and can progress in parallel with RG-0, RG-3, RG-4, RG-5, HSDK-1 and HHOST-1.
Exit criteria
Pure domain tests pass in RedactGuard and match the known-good OMBRA baseline on synthetic fixtures.
