Adopt repo-template-sw 0.9.2

Outcome

Adopt repo-template-sw 0.9.2 so feature integration is proven automatically before dev, while residual physical-device evidence is release acceptance before main.

Integration -> dev

• canonical product E2E now runs on the isolated Android emulator rather than requiring a physical device;
• protect-text-document, protect-text-pdf, recover-local-ai and background-local-ai-analysis use FULL_MEDIA where UI/UX is material;
• existing emulator pipeline already records bounded screenshots and continuous videos;
• two-APK emulator remains the automated real Binder/Consumer/Host integration gate;
• required physical ARM64/GGUF/OEM gaps are explicit but non-blocking and DEFERRED_TO_RELEASE.

Release -> main

• FULL validation and release-critical E2E/artifacts;
• required real/target-environment confirmations block release readiness.

Migration

• baseline 0.9.1 -> 0.9.2;
• commands 0.6.0 -> 0.6.1;
• E2E contract 0.2.0 -> 0.2.1;
• execution capability contract 0.3.1 -> 0.3.2;
• stage policy verifier added to repository health;
• existing repository-specific validation remains native and no compatibility wrapper layer is introduced.

No production app behavior changes.
