This repository documents my end-of-course projects from the Google Business Intelligence Certificate. Each course builds on the last — progressing from planning documents through data pipelines to fully deployed BI dashboards.
All projects use the Google Fiber scenario: a fictional case study where I am a BI analyst candidate tasked with building a call center analytics dashboard that helps leadership understand and reduce repeat customer calls.
Google Fiber provides people and businesses with fiber optic internet. The customer service team is interested in exploring trends in repeat calls to reduce the number of times customers have to call in order for an issue to be resolved.
My role: BI Analyst candidate building an end-to-end dashboard solution for the call center leadership team.
Business question:
How often are customers repeatedly contacting the customer service team, and what factors — market area, problem type, time of week — are driving those repeat calls?
