Consome o changeset ag2-agenttask-emission: engine 1.1.0-next.2→next.3 (emissão de agentTask, D27) + agentflow 1.1.0-next.0→next.1 (FactSource evidencia-verificada, D30). Cascata normal para dependentes. Abre a janela do release.yml (o guarda do Release #1 recusa com changeset pendente). Após o merge, o publish é disparado.
