Phosphor Bloom

A new piece in the VoronoiOrb family — a bioluminescent jellyfish drifting alone in the abyss.

• Luminance field (authored fresh for this run): a lit, ribbed bell dome catching light from above (radiant meridians), nine sinuous tapering tentacles plus four frilled oral arms drifting down on a slow lateral current and dissolving into the dark, with a sparse drift of marine-snow motes suspended in the water.
• Tint: by depth + bell glow over the Molten ramp — the crown reads cool steel-blue, the trailing tendrils smoulder through cream down to molten red.
• Everything else kept to family spec: gen package, SIZE/SEED blocks, stippleVoronoi(...) params, papaya-whip ground 0xFFFDF0D5, grainOnly finish, saveImage. Rendered once at 1920×1920.

The skiko pin in gart/build.gradle.kts is reverted by the render wrapper — no change to that file in this PR.
