This is the quality control R script which transforms the available JSON Files on GitHub to a .csv as well as uploading it to the local hydenv PostgreSQL server.

This script gathers the available OpenWeather JSON files in the GitHub directory
and transforms them to relational which are exported to .csv and uploaded to
the local PostrgreSQL hydenv server.
