Summary

• Adding consistent contextual prefixes (e.g., [COMPACT-HOOK], [VACUUM-HOOK], [HTTP-SESSION]) to log entries for easier tracing.
• Making log messages more descriptive, especially for error and status reporting.
• No changes to business logic.
