Ruff settings are already configured in pyproject.toml (line-length = 120), and the VS Code Ruff extension automatically picks up settings from pyproject.toml. The serverless-customcatalog test was showing a diff in .vscode/settings.json between the baseline and variant, but both should be identical since they use the same template. Running test-update-templates again fixed the consistency issue.
