When can we merge these changes / What needs to happen before these changes can be merged? This is my first time hearing about Bash Projects.

@davidventuri They're currently only used in certification. The reason not to merge in at the time was due to the fact that it was an unfinished feature that wasn't being rolled out. I'm not sure what the current status is from a product standpoint. The instructions will need to be merged in before you communicate too much about bash projects, but otherwise it's fine for it to stay here.

@LankyLou @davidventuri Are these features still in limbo or can we merge this in? Trying to get the docs cleaned up in a Sharpen the Saw this Friday and would love to have the most up-to-date version of this by then.

@beccarobins @LankyLou Bash Projects aren't on the Projects radar and probably won't be for the foreseeable future given the "unfinished feature that wasn't being rolled out" and that I haven't heard of any progress on it (correct me if I'm wrong) so let's not merge this in yet.
