- 52.9% of Germans feel unsure or overwhelmed about correctly declaring platform and crypto income under the new automatic-reporting rules (Norstat, n=1,010).
- The feeling of being overwhelmed rises steeply with age: 7.4% of 30-39 year-olds say they cannot manage it without a professional, against 25.0% of those aged 60-64.
- Only 16.1% feel they have full command of the rules.
- Women feel less confident than men: 55.4% unsure or overwhelmed versus 50.0%.
