This is a chore PR to update the local-preview-playbook, which is used when previewing documentation changes locally.
These attributes are used in other documentation repos, not the cdc-apache-cassandra documentation.
These updates occurred because the Node.js driver was donated to the Apache Software Foundation and the first post-donation release happened on 21 Apr 2026 (v4.9.0).
