The Dependabot bump to eslint@10 broke `npm ci` (ERESOLVE) because the lint plugins still capped eslint at v9. Align them: - eslint-plugin-react-hooks ^7.0.1 -> ^7.1.1 (peer now allows eslint ^10) - @eslint/js ^9.39.1 -> ^10.0.1 (match the eslint 10 major) react-hooks 7.1.1's recommended set adds `set-state-in-effect`, which flags pre-existing setError() calls in QRPreview effects; downgraded to a warning so it doesn't block the build (behavior unchanged).
