Merge My vehicles/trains into Available catalogues

Summary

• Collapse separate „Moje” catalogues into Dostępne pojazdy/składy under /my/vehicles and /my/trains (with /fleet/* redirects); remove the Tabor menu section.
• Add toolbar: Odśwież, Dodaj, „Pokaż tylko moje” (default on); vehicles also get kind/epoch filters, epoch chip, and labeled row actions including Edytuj funkcje.
• Drop owned-only GET /api/v1/vehicles and GET /api/v1/trains (and ListOwned / vehicle-train ListByOwner); UI uses catalogue endpoints only.

Test plan

• Menu Moje shows Dostępne pojazdy/składy; Tabor is gone; /fleet/vehicles and /fleet/trains redirect to /my/*
• Vehicles: mine-only default, kind/epoch filters, refresh/add, epoch chip when set, labeled actions including functions for owner/admin
• Trains: mine-only, refresh/add, labeled actions; TrainDialog member picker still works (own vehicles / train owner when editing)
• Help FAB still opens myVehicles/myTrains content on /my/vehicles and /my/trains
• Confirm GET /api/v1/vehicles and GET /api/v1/trains return 404; catalogue/CRUD still work
