Make this repository the sole source of truth for the three public Agent Skills. Remove the Core copy workflow and source pin while preserving released Core catalog/CLI validation, and run creator helper regressions here.
Merge this before Core removes its three compatibility mirrors. The coordinated Core cleanup is dcc-mcp-core#2418.
Validation: 50 unit tests, repository validation, product/catalog checks, public install discovery, and actionlint passed.
