This adds a Linux shell script that mirrors the existing Windows build flow for validating the model and generating the JSON, GraphQL, XSD, DCTAP, UML, OWL, LinkML, Sphinx, and C# outputs. The script uses standard Unix paths, stops on command failures, defaults the Graphviz executable to
dot, and allows overriding it withGRAPHVIZ_DOTwhen needed. Verified withbash -n build/build-linux.shandgit diff --check.
