Add the three supplied plugin captures to the README for source selection, loaded-image/target review, and distro search. The source-selection capture is also exposed as root preview.png for Omarchy Marketplace preview discovery. Bumps the plugin metadata to 1.4.6; runtime and media safety behavior are unchanged.
