Summary

replace the onboarding "Looking for" text input with a select
provide Men, Women, and Everyone as the only options
default the field to Everyone so onboarding starts with a valid selection

Validation

npm run lint
confirmed /onboarding renders a combobox with the three expected options

Closes #2
