Description

Update the CSM Version update script for CSM docs to automatically update ALL known and matched versions from the CSM Versions: https://github.com/dell/csm/blob/main/config/csm-versions.yaml.

• Tested locally to ensure that it matches and replaces the versions and configVersions correctly for both Helm and Operator.
• Ensured that IF it finds a matching shortcode, it will replace it correctly.
