icons don't work regardless of font

Expected Behavior

Icons display as seen in the readme.

Current Behavior

Almost all the icons show up as blue or gray ? or box in some terminals.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Ran install command. No errors
2. Changed to a nerd font. Issue persists.
3. Tried many nerd fonts including ones deemed working by other users. No luck.

Your Environment

Windows 10 edu version.
Powershell 5.1. Had some success in powershell 7 but still have a significant number of icons w/ ? or box symbols.
