Version bump for v0.0.59.
Ships two fixes, both reviewed adversarially and corrected before merge:
trigger-watcherno longer types over a composer someone is still using. A guard waits for it to be empty and quiet before every PTY write, and the composer is now modelled as text plus a cursor rather than a byte count, because a count cannot represent Ctrl+W or Ctrl+K and a stranded one silences every trigger for that session./clearno longer lists a session nobody started, and sessions it does start keep a readable title. Migration v9 purges the rows the old parser wrote, along with their search entries and metrics.
