The static version of the tamarin project replaced the server that was serving the /api/technologies and /api/criteria with static files that are stored in ./api/.
When the website is rendered, tamarin is under dhmmasson.github.io/tamarin/static. The url should be static/api rather than under /api. The proposed solution is to use a relative url.
