Deploying to Azure Static Web Apps

  1. Create a new Azure Static Web App in the Azure Portal.
  2. Connect it to this GitHub repository.
  3. Set the app location to / (repository root) and leave the API and output locations empty.
  4. Azure will automatically provision a GitHub Actions workflow that builds and deploys the site on every push to main.

The staticwebapp.config.json file configures clean URL routes (e.g. /factsfacts.html), a 404 fallback, and security headers.
