DSP publication currently refuses the development source dependency. Pin the immutable Core 0.0.1 platform bundle URL and SHA-256 so DSP checks, builds, and publication consume the released SDK/support packages.

The native Paycom fixtures now wait for the requested document to finish loading and render in the foreground before mouse input, including after CAPTCHA fixture changes. Failures report layout and focus diagnostics without field values. The hosted blank-window smoke check allows 60 seconds for cold startup; production startup limits and all authentication assertions remain unchanged.

Core 0.0.1 was published from main commit 4a2d20855fcd5cd7cce8f7af93b37aac4e9e09e1. Its downloaded assets, checksums, tag commit, release inventory, and GitHub build provenance were independently verified. The pinned bundle digest is b233ad949d4bfc931e19ef7e988c3e15e109241e9aa479cbdeb54404ac013990.

Validation: all 323 DSP tests pass locally, with no skips; all three dependency-lock tests pass. Source checks, the Paycom frontend build, source export, and production dependency download verification pass. GitHub checks passed for 2c759905c169c92f3977ce129a7d09baf89a9651, including both the released-bundle job and the full DSP suite. The source scan was reviewed; its two metadata matches are the public GitHub owner within the exact verified release URL.

The owner requested DSP 0.0.1. This PR requires explicit chat approval to merge before that release can be published from main. It does not install or activate an update.
