Fix integration tests

1. Fixed integration tests and corrected the return value order in get_audio_properties
2. Implemented git-based version management with hatch-vcs, removing hardcoded versions
3. Set up _version.py to be automatically generated during builds
4. Added a convenient pre-commit hooks command to the dev.sh script
