This PR updates the RHEL 10 version comparison macro from 10.9 to 10.2. The bio_inline_vecs interface, originally introduced in Fedora 6.18, has been backported to RHEL 10.3. This ensures backward compatibility for older 10.x builds while allowing the 10.3 kernel to utilize the backported interface correctly. Please refer to commit ea0f08e for previous request.
