Fix typos in tests, drop Danish support

• Danish codebase is wrong, such that it can't be fixed with couple of line changes; Danish rules require a full rule rewrite.
• CD runs for forked repos (not necessarily a huge problem, but it's simply annoying).
• Some other tests had same issue of wrong indentation.
• Pull request format is kinda bad.

What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

• Drop Danish support
• Add one more rule for CD
• Fixed such tests.
• Made minor fixes to pull request formats.
