Remove docker_common clone

Docker_common, where 'entrypoint.sh' comes from, is
built inside the base image 'chbrandt/centos'.

HEASoft binary links

This release provides the interface to run HEASoft binaries from outside the HEASoft container here defined.
HEASoft version is 6.22.1
