在框架层面实现系统所有日志输出到RabbitMQ #3

为了便于系统日志的分析处理，所有系统日志经由NLog记录之后，在框架层面直接输出到RabbitMQ, 日志消息能达到RabbitMQ即可，暂不做消费处理.
