Description

This is a test PR to verify that Devin has proper access to the repository and can:

  • Clone the repo
  • Run lint checks (ruff check passed)
  • Create a draft PR

The change adds a single HTML comment to the README that has no functional impact.

This PR should be closed without merging after verification is complete.
