Created Integration Tests

This pull request includes several changes to improve the integration and unit testing processes, as well as updates to the Docker configuration and project dependencies. The most important changes include the addition of integration tests, modifications to the Dockerfile, and updates to the pyproject.toml dependencies.

Testing Enhancements:

• .github/workflows/integration-tests.yml: Added a new workflow file to set up and run integration tests using GitHub Actions.
• .github/workflows/main.yml: Updated the main workflow to include the new integration tests.
• tests/integration/test_intergration.py: Added a new integration test file to test the health check endpoint using a Docker container.
• tests/unit/test_status.py: Added a new unit test for the health check endpoint.

Docker Configuration:

• docker/Dockerfile: Added instructions to install curl and a health check for the Docker container. [1] [2]

Dependency Updates:

• pyproject.toml: Added docker and testcontainers dependencies for integration testing.
