What to build

Render human-readable Project Run output for local and CI use. Target App Launch
Progress should appear once for the batch, Step progress should remain per
Scenario, stdout should expose the Project Run report path and each Scenario's
existing report paths, and non-interactive output should stay deterministic.

Acceptance criteria

• Target App Launch Progress is rendered once before Project Run execution.
• Step progress remains grouped by Scenario.
• Stdout prints the Project Run report path.
• Stdout prints each Scenario's Run report: path.
• Stdout prints each Scenario's HTML report: path.
• Non-interactive Project Run output is deterministic.
• Project Run mode does not introduce a new JSON stdout contract.
• CLI output tests cover all-passed, partially failed, and environment-level failure output.
