Closes 554
Prevents the vault from minting unbacked vault shares to a depositor if the underlying adapter returns 'o' during 'deposit()'.

Changes
*** ErrorEnum: added 'adaptercreditednothing = 15' to 'contracterror' without renumbering existing variants ro maintain ABI compatibility
