Describe the bug
If any photometric data points are not returned by the original Simbad query, a Vizier query is used to fill these in (lines 72-87). A recent issue with Simbad caused the fallback code to be triggered, and the returned values were all incorrect.
We need to figure out why this is happening, and to correct the fallback query so that it returns the same values as the primary query.
