Text update to the docs to remove the double counting of the stellar luminosity.
Also, I removed an align environment which broke the equation locally for me. I think I traced the issue to a difference between MathJax 4 and 3. Seems like whenever sphinx the readthedocs page was bumped to 4 it would have broken the page, so it could be something to look out for.
