Summary

rebuild RefreshStationsAsync so the fetched stations are split into QuickMix and regular collections before recombining
assign the combined list back to Pandora.Stations to mirror the pre-async behaviour while still returning the populated list

Testing

dotnet build Elpis.sln (fails: dotnet not installed in container)
