Documents the implementation location for #591, #594, #691, and #692.\n\nThe linked issues specify NestJS HTTP API behavior, while this repository contains only Soroban contracts. The functional implementation is in dupdab/dupdap-backend#269; this change makes that relationship explicit in the contract repository.
