adds a
--categoriesflag (default all) so you can run analyze and migrate with one or more of native, preferred, and micro-utilities (e.g.--categories=nativeor--categories=native,preferred); invalid values show a clear error with the expected format, and omitting the flag keeps current behavior.closes: #186
