A possible solution for canary testing (short term while stuff is in actions). Adds a manual action that can be triggered and prints diff as a comment in the PR.

  • Greated a new test CI that shares CI code
  • Re-use the new test CI in both generate stats and preview

Better options but I think this give us a quick clean approach while we go through itteration of where we run and how we run as our stars are already causing some changes.
