Confirm published VEL architecture and glossary coverage

The feature scope is already present in the branch: VEL architecture responsibilities are documented in English and Korean, the referenced PlantUML-backed diagrams are published, and glossary definitions exist in both languages. This PR therefore introduces no content changes and serves to capture that the issue is already satisfied by the current documentation set.

• Documentation integration

  • English and Korean indexes already include the architecture and glossary pages in the Sphinx toctrees, so they are part of the published documentation set.
