Created targets for each feature

We are going in a different direction that it was predicted at the begin.

We are going to define each of the features that exist as targets, so the management of them in the config file is easier and much well maintained.

ATM we only have the features well defined, with exception of:

• All "Extra flags hook" are ignored, and we didn't create any target for that, as they are being migrated to other repo.
• "extra_known_features" & "extra_enabled_features" ignored also, as they are straight forward appended into the features.
• "sdp_env_feature" & "qnx_license_env_info" have info that comes directly from attrs, still figuring it out (QNX SPECIFIC)
• "sysroot_link_flags" & "compiler_search_paths" have info that comes directly from attrs, still figuring it out (LINUX SPECIFIC)

Really nice. Just remove that warnings feature and we are good.
I wouldn't merge this until you have everything set on branch, but we can consider ticket done.
