fix: drop score_communication fork pin, bump dependency versions

[Chahult]

Adapt ConfigProviderImpl to consume ProxyFuture directly instead of the forked OptionalProxyData stub, so it builds against plain upstream score_communication. Also bump score_bazel_platforms, score_bazel_cpp_toolchains, score_rules_imagefs, score_lifecycle, and score_persistency to current releases.
