Extends the mautic/mautic blink parity job to apply every prepared set instead of a hand-picked subset:

->withPreparedSets(
    psr12: true,
    perCs: true,
    common: true,
    standaloneLine: true,
    cleanCode: true,
);
  • Drops the per-fixer withSkip() list so the full rule surface is exercised (keeps only the node_modules/Fixture path skips).
  • Job is now informational: it reports the parity table (files, identical, differing, parity %) and per-file divergences to the job summary, but does not fail the build.

Goal is to measure how far blink reaches parity with the PHP engine on a real Symfony app under all sets.
