Before, blink only printed the per-file diff in check (dry-run) mode.
--fixprinted just a count.ECS PHP shows the diffs in both modes (gated on
--no-diffs, default on). This makes blink match:--fixnow lists the diff of each fixed file plus its applied checkers, before the success summary.
