Remove committed webp files and add to gitignore - #80

- Remove 668 webp files from repo that are generated at build time by webp-convert.sh
- Add content/uploads/**/.webp and assets/images/.webp to .gitignore
- Fix index.html referencing cloud-image-1.webp directly (replaced with .jpg)
