Most of the commits are from working on Edge Agent, but that's now moved to https://github.com/apache-edge/edge-agent.
This PR updates the CLI so it talks to the agent instead of the Docker CLI.
I have also replaced CryptoKit with SwiftCrypto, which should resolve the compilation issue in #5
